Yes! 100% of reservations are screened by Rover's Nest. Our screening criteria complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Who cleans the apartments after each guest?

After each stay, our background screened and verified cleaning staff, will inspect and clean. If a guest is staying for an extended period of time, we clean the apartment weekly.

GUEST REVIEW

This was a great place to stay. Super clean and in the middle of everywhere you'd want to go. The pool area is gorgeous. There were plenty of pans for staying in and cooking. Our comfort specialist was super helpful and communicated very well with everything we needed to know. Definitely will stay again if my job brings me back to LA!
